3. Payments

- A deposit (typically 30–50% of the total tour cost) is required to secure your booking.
- The balance must be paid prior to the start of your tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on your location and booking channel.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (via email) as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
- 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of total cost refunded
- Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days. Certain non-refundable hotel or activity bookings may have additional restrictions.
5. Changes or Modifications
We understand that travel plans may change.
If you need to modify your itinerary, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
However, additional costs may apply depending on hotel or supplier policies.
Nagomi Lanka Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries, accommodation, or transport in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety issues, or government regulations.
6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
- Travelers are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellation, and baggage.
7. Our Responsibilities
Nagomi Lanka Tours guarantees professional service and strives to deliver an enjoyable travel experience.
However, we are not liable for:
- Delays, losses, or damages caused by acts of nature, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions
- Personal injuries, illness, or property loss beyond our control
- Third-party services such as airlines, hotels, or transport providers
We act as an agent between you and service providers and ensure they meet professional standards.
8. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
